We do not charge for wine tastings at River Ridge Winery. The tasting bar is open 364 days a year, and is stocked with a wide variety of styles, varieties, and options whether you enjoy dry wines, sweet wines, light-bodied, or full-bodied wines.

WHITES
WHITE HOUSE WINE
Bright, Unoaked, Food-friendly acidity, aromas of white peach and honeydew melon. Primarily made from the Vignoles grape.
2021 FROSTBITE WHITE (CHARDONNAY)
A crisp and lively unoaked Chardonnay. Fruit-forward with citrus notes. Soft lingering finish.
MÉLANGE BLANC
An estate grown and produced "melange" or medley of Chardonnay and Syrah. This unique combination creates crisp, lively, and deep fruit flavors. Soft lingering finish. One of a kind for Missouri.
VILLARD BLANC
Semi Dry. Light bodied and floral. An easy drinking wine with a kiss of sweetness for balance.
LUCKY DOG
Semi Dry. Named after Lucky, the winery dog, this is a fruity, semi-dry wine made from Vignoles.
SUGAR MAGNOLIA
A semi-sweet blend of Chardonnay and Valvin Muscat. Flavors of sweet tart green apple with a warm honey finish.
VIGNOLES
Sweet wine. Smooth and sweet with hints of pear and honey. Clean refreshing mouthfeel.
REDS
RED HOUSE WINE
A dry red wine blend featuring Chambourcin. Robust, dark berry flavors, well-balanced, moderate tannin and oak.
2019 NORTON (DRY RED)
Estate grown juicy, and spicy red wine with varietally characteristic deep coloring and intensity. "Christmas" spice, blackcherry finish. Norton is the state grape of Missouri.
2017 JOIE DE RIVIERÉ
"Joy of the River" Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot blended to make a supple, rounded fruit, medium-full bodied unfiltered dry red wine. One of a kind in Missouri.
SCARLET BEGONIA
Sweet Wine. Light bodied sweet red wine made with Chambourcin, Villard Blanc, and Muscat grapes. It tastes very... well... grapey. 😊
ROSÉ
2021 LILIUM
A light dry rosé made from a blend of estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Crisp acidity, apricot fruit notes opens as it warms, light tannic (for a rosé) finish.
HOLIDAY ROSÉ
Semi Dry. A seasonal favorite. Hints of cherry, slightly sweet, perfect for the holiday season. Even the label is festive.
ROSÉ
Semi Dry. Pink, flavorful with a bit of sweetness. A classic American style rosé.
